"Resolution and Presentation" settings are missing on Windows Store Apps platform

In player settings, when building to Universal Apps, "Resolution and Presentation" settings are missing, compared to WP platform's settings.
Repro steps:
1. open editor;
2. go to build settings -> player settings;
3. click on WP platform and observe "Resolution and Presentation" tab;
4. click on WSA platform and observe "Resolution and Presentation" tab;
