Resolution adjustment has no effect when "Allow Dynamic Resolution" is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-90731” project
2. Open the “main” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Press “Fire1” (Left mouse click) key
5. Observe the Game View
Expected result: Resolution changes
Actual result: No effect on the resolution
Reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.54f1, 6000.0.31f1, 6000.1.0a8

Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
