[MultiDisplay] Resizing with SetParams has strange side-effects when using multi-display setups
Steps to reproduce
1. Open users attached project
2. Build the project and run it
- Press either 1 or 2 to select window and press space to change size of selected window.
3. Try different combinations of said keys.
Actual results: If second monitor is selected and space is pressed, its size will change while also distorting the displayed cube.
Expected results: Changing one window size shouldn't affect other windows.
