Resizing Multiplayer Play Mode Window makes the text overlap
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Open Package Manager (Window -> Package Manager)
3. Click the "+" icon
4. Click "Install package by name..."
5. Type "com.unity.multiplayer.playmode" and click enter
6. Open Multiplayer Play Mode window (Window -> Multiplayer Play Mode)
7. Dock the Multiplayer Play Mode window next to the Inspector window
8. Resize the Multiplayer Play Mode window to be smaller
9. Observe the window
Expected result: The text does not overlap
Actual result: Text starts to overlap
Reproducible with: 1.2.0 (6000.0.6f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.1.0 (6000.0.6f1)
Reproduced on: Ubuntu 22.04, macOS Sequoia 15.0 (M1), Windows 11

Resolution Note:
This PR is meant to address a previous issue we encountered. The window could be destructively shrunk, making text and buttons inaccessible.
