Resizing layouts does not always repaint and clear borders
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project.
2. Resize windows/layouts in fastly. Sometimes it does not clear/redraw borders.
Not reproduced on Nvidia Geforce, But on AMD Radeon reproduces easily.
Not reproduced on DX9. only on DX11.
GLCore is totally broken with that thing.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0a1, 5.5.0b2
Not reproduced on: 5.4.0f3
