Resizing Device Simulator window affects the uGUI Canvas size
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Reproduction"
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Open the Device Simulator window (Window -> General -> Device Simulator)
4. Make sure to have Game view and Device Simulator tabs visible at the same time
5. Resize the Device Simulator window horizontally and observe the results
Expected results: The board doesn't change size
Actual results: The Canvas with UI changes the size and it affects board's size
Reproducible with: 6000.0.68f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a7
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
