Resetting Quality Levels in Project Settings adds new Quality Levels instead of restoring default ones
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Edit > Project Settings… > Quality
3. Observe the list of Quality Levels
4. Click on the kebab menu in the top right corner of the Quality section
5. Observe the list of Quality Levels
Actual result: Very Low, Low, Medium, High, Very High and Ultra Quality Levels appear instead of the default Mobile and PC Quality Levels
Expected result: Only the default Mobile and PC Quality Levels are restored
Reproducible with: 2022.3.68f1, 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.12f1, 6000.3.0b9, 6000.4.0a4
