Replacing an Image's sprite on Start does not work on the editor
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the 'TestScene'
3. There is 'Image' gameObject which has 'ReplaceOnStartUp' script component on it
4. Play the scene
5. Notice that inspector shows that image is changed but there is no change in the game view
6. Build the same project on the standalone player
7. Image changes
