Repeatedly switching between 2D and 3D Scene view makes the 3D view Isometric
To reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Repeatedly switch between 2D and 3D view
Expected result: The 3D view stays Perspective
Actual result: The 3D view becomes Isometric
Reproduced with: 2017.2.3f1, 2017.4.3f1, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.2.0b5
