Reordering reference arrays crashes Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and go to the "SampleScene"
2. Select the "Object with Reference Array" in the Hierarchy
3. In its Inspector scroll down to the reference array list and reorder its elements
4. Observe the crash
Expected result: Editor doesn't crash when reordering arrays
Actual result: Editor crashes when reordering reference arrays
Reproducible in: 2020.2.0a19, 2020.2.0a15
Not reproducible in: 2020.2.0a14, 2020.2.0a13
Not applicable (No reorderable list feature): 2020.1.0f1, 2019.4.6f1, 2018.4.26f1, 2017.4.40f1
