RenderTexture is not initialized when it is set as Material's Texture
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-114351” project
2. Locate and enter “SampleScene“ scene
3. In Project window, locate “rt“ RenderTexture
4. Notice the gray RenderTexture’s color
5. Enter Play mode
6. Observe the square
Expected result: Black square in the center
Actual result: Gray square in the center
Reproducible with: 2022.3.2f1, 2022.3.66f1, 2023.2.0a7(954df492642e), 6000.0.57f1, 6000.2.3f1, 6000.3.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.1f1(f18e0c1b5784), 2023.2.0a6
Reproduced on: macOS 15.6 (M1)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Workaround: Select “rt“ RenderTexture in Project window and then enter Play mode
