RenderTexture pixels are gray when created without drawing on macOS

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-114347_RenderTextureBug“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Observe the Cube in Game view

Expected result: the Cube is black
Actual result: the Cube is grey

Reproducible with: 2022.3.66f1, 2023.2.0a7, 6000.0.57f1, 6000.2.4f1, 6000.3.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0a6

Reproducible on: macOS 15.6.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10

Workaround: Click on the “rt.renderTexture” in Assets (Inspector must be visible)

    This issue is behaving as intended. https://docs.unity3d.com/6000.0/Documentation/ScriptReference/RenderTexture.html states that The initial contents of a newly created render texture are undefined.
