[RenderingDebugger][WebGL] The build crashes when changing Map Overlays in the Rendering section
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Download attached project and open in Unity.
# Switch platform to WebGL in the Build Settings.
# Enable Development Build in the Build Settings.
# Build and Run project on the device.
# Once the project is launched, press L.Ctrl+Delete(on the Mac) to enable the Rendering Debugger overlay.
# Select the top right arrow to move to the Frequently Used window.
# Change Map Overlays >> Depth >> Motion Vector.
Observe the build crash.
*Actual results:* WebGL should not crash.
*Expected results:* WebGL build crashes.
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.0f1, 6000.3.0b1
*Tested on (OS):*
MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021), CPU: Apple M1 Max, Memory: 64 GB, macOS: 15.5
