[Rendering Debugger] Shortcut in documentation to open window doesn't work
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new Universal 3D project.
# Following [Rendering Debugger documentation pages|https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.universal@17.0/manual/features/rendering-debugger.html#how-to-access]: Hit Ctrl+Delete on macOS (or Ctrl+Backspace on windows).
** Or Window > Analysis > and confirm no shortcut shows next to 'Rendering Debugger' in the context menu.
*Actual results:* Nothing happens.
*Expected results:* Rendering Debugger window should open. Or, all documentation that mentions this shortcut should be amended.
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.0f1, 2022.3.28f1, 2021.3.38f1
*Tested on (OS):* macOS, briefly tested on Windows in 6000.0.0f1
*Notes:*
* There is no shortcut assigned to Main Menu/Window/Analysis/Rendering Debugger in the Default shortcuts profile.
* Seen in both the URP and HDRP documentation.
