[RenderGraphViewer]No help button that could lead to the documentation page

1. Download attached project and open in Unity
2. Open the Render Graph Viewer
*Actual results:* There is no help button, that would lead to the RGViewer documentation page.
*Expected results:* Help button, that would lead to the RGViewer documentation, for example, this page could be used: [https://docs.unity3d.com/6000.0/Documentation/Manual/urp/render-graph-view.html]
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.24f1
*Tested on (OS):*
MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021), CPU: Apple M1 Max, Memory: 64 GB, macOS: Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93)
