Render texture renders black when resolution line count is higher than 2731
Reproduction steps:
1. Open repro project attached in comment
2. Open scene "PackingTest", hit play
3. Select object "AppManager" and observe the content of the render texture
-> For Game View resolution = 19201080 -> pinkish background with yellow dot in middle (correct)
-> For Game View resolution = 20472732 -> pinkish background (wrong)

I'd beg to differ that this is rare.
With the new 2018 workflow to create 360 content right in the editor this happens a lot!
