[Render Pipeline Converter] Failed to convert some materials from BuiltinRP to URP
Steps:
1. Open attached project (MaterialUpgrade.zip)
2. Open repro scene
-> Project is in BuiltinRP, observe the rendering of rock and plant spheres are correct
3. Open ProjectSettings > Graphics > assign the URP asset
4. Open Window > Rendering > Render Pipeline Converter > on drop-down select "Built-in to URP"
5. Enable "Material Upgrade"
6. Click "Initialize Converters"
7. Click "Convert Assets"
8. -> Project is in URP now, observe the rock sphere is now pink and the plant sphere is not alpha-clipped
Expected:
- The rock sphere is using the Built-in RP Autodesk Interactive shader. It should be converted to URP Autodesk Interactive shader.
- The plant sphere should have the correct alpha-clip settings converted.
- Converted material should look the same or similar to before conversion.
Reproducible in:
2022.1.0b7.2713 (76c40b9e7402) + URP 13.1.5

Resolution Note:
Apologies for taking so long to get back on this - it's been a hot topic of debate!
We're closing this ticket as "Won't Fix". To be clear, that doesn't mean that we aren't looking into the report, but it will be triaged as a feature request because we think it should be approached differently.
Auto-updating the AutoDesk Interactive Shader from BuiltIn to URP is officially unsupported right now. However, we have plans to look into building a cross-pipeline DCC shader which we believe will be the preferred approach.
Thank you for the report, it's inspired a lot of debate and we're hopeful you'll enjoy what we have coming!
