Render Graph Viewer loses camera tracking when focusing on Editor's windows
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project and open in Unity
2. Open SampleScene
3. Open Render Graph Viewer: Window >> Analysis >> Render Graph Viewer and dock it next to the Game View.
4. Open Project Settings: File >> Build Profiles >> Player Settings and dock it next to the Inspector.
5. In the Project Settings, select the Graphics tab to make it active.
6. Select the Inspector Window, then Player Settings multiple times.
Actual results: Render Graph Viewer loses the camera tracking.
Expected results: Focusing on different windows should not affect the Render Graph Viewer.
Reproducible with versions:
6000.0.0b12, 6000.0.0b13
Not reproducible with versions:
2023.3.0b2, 2023.3.0b10, 2023.3.0b11

Notes:
- Bug is reproducible only when the Graphics section is selected in the Project Settings.
