Render features gets disabled with no console message when Intermediate Texture is disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with Universal Render Pipeline (URP)
2. Find “PC_Renderer” file using Project window under Assets>Settings
3. In Inspector click “Add Renderer Feature” and select any render feature
4. Open “PC_RPAsset” asset file
5. Disable Intermediate Texture
6. Observe the Console
Expected result: The features that needs Intermediate Texture will trow an error or at least a warning
Actual result: The features that needs Intermediate Texture are disabled with no console warning or a log
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0b1, 6000.3.0b2
Could not test with: 2023.1.0a1 , 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.5f1 (Immediate Texture cannot be disabled)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
