Removing methods from a Delegate made of Singleton in OnDisable() causes a Null reference exception
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project "Dual Ballz.zip"
2. Enter Play mode
3. Exit Play mode
Expected results: No errors are thrown in the console
Actual results: Null reference exception is thrown at OnDisable()
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.11f1, 2021.2.0a20

Resolution Note:
Hi! We've looked at the issue, and it seems like the code is returning null when quitting, so maybe introduce some null checks before using the Instance (if(null) or null coalescing operator). The execution order of the script might also lead to the object being destroyed before the other scripts have a chance to unsubscribe. But this doesn't look like the issue is on our side, unfortunately.
