Reimporting a folder containing Blender files when Parallel Import is enabled causes some files to fail to import

--

-

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-5945.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Reimport the “Meshes” folder

Expected result: No errors occur in the Console
Actual result: Some meshes fail to import, causing “\[WorkerX] Blender could not convert the .blend file to FBX file” errors in the Console

Reproduced with: 2021.3.5f1, 2022.1.7f1, 2022.2.0a17
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.36f1 (“Parallel Import” not found in Project Settings)

Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS 12.0.1 (Intel)

Error:
\[Worker0] Blender could not convert the .blend file to FBX file.
You need to use Blender 2.45-2.49 or 2.58 and later versions for direct Blender import to work.

Notes:
- Not reproducible when disabling “Parallel Import” (Project Settings > Editor > Parallel Import), reopening the project, and then reimporting the “Meshes” folder
- Reimporting files separately seems to work as intended
- Blender has to be installed in order to test

We have the same problem with version 2021.3.15, with another possible error:

ImportFBX Errors:Couldn't import file PROJECT_DIR/Temp/ExportedBlenderFBXFile.fbx. File is corrupted: 'ExportedBlenderFBXFile.fbx'

Is it possible to do a temporary patch to disable blender parallel import?

So at least we can use parallel import for textures, and workaround this bug for now until it's fixed. It would be ideal for this to be fully patched, but a workaround would be super useful--I really like the Parallel Import feature, it is really great.
