[Regression] Unable to find OVRPlugin thrown in logcat even when plugin is included
How to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Add device's osig
3. Build on device with Oculus support
Expected result: App launches in VR mode
Actual result: App fallsback to standard rendering because plugin can not be found
Reproduced with: 5.5.1f1, 5.5.1p3
Not reproduced with: 5.5.0f1, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b9
Fixed in: 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1f1, 2017.3.0b11, 2018.1.0a6 and newer
