[Regression] Timeline and GenericMenu.AddItem() incorectly add shortcut strings in the Context Menu
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Open the Timeline Window
3. Right-click and observe the context menu
Expected result: The correct function shortcut is shown on the right side of the buttons
Actual result: The function shortcuts don't work and instead the "%x" string is shown
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0b2, 2018.3.0b1
Not reproducible: 2018.3.0a11
