[Regression] Long file names in Project Window view do not get shortened and overlap over other file names
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In the Project Window create 2 new folders with a very long name
3. Observe the folders
Expected result: The folder names are shortened with "..." and do not overlap over other folder name text
Actual result: The folder names are not shortened and they overlap over other folder names
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a3
Not reproducible: 2019.1.0a2, 2019.1.0a1, 2018.3.0b4, 2018.2.10f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.12f1
