[Regression] Extensions of Dictionary class cannot be serialized
How to reproduce:
1. Open 'DictionaryExtensions'
2. Open scene '5.4Scene'
3. Select 'GameObject' in hierarchy
4. Try to inspect the 'Test' script
5. Notice console throws out an error
Expected behaviour: Extensions of Dictionary class serialized successfully
Actual behaviour: Extensions of Dictionary class throw 'Assertion failed. Value was Null' when attempting to serialize
Reproduced with: 5.5.0f1, 5.5.0p3, 5.6.0b3
Not reproduced with: 5.2.5f1, 5.3.5f1, 5.4.2f1, 5.4.4f1
