Refreshing and docking issue
To reproduce the dock issue:
- Make a view tab floating
- Maximize the view so it covers one or more smaller docked tabs
- Drag the floating view and try to dock it in a place that is behind the floating view
- Observe that you can not dock the view in a tab that is behind the floating view
