Reflection Probes, Default skybox, Lightmap texture cause Textures::ReloadAll to fail, if generated in "Continuos" mode.
To reproduce:
1. Deploy Sample Assets 5.0 project to WP8 (development build). The startup scene should be the menu scene
2. Hit the "Home" button to pause the app
3. Press the "Back" button to return to the app
4. Notice the error in the console:
"Trying to reload an asset from disk that is not stored on disk"
