Reflection Probe scene edit tools are described in a helper box, when a tooltip would suffice
How to reproduce:
1. Open any (new) project
2. Add a reflection probe
- Notice there is a helper box underneath the buttons for modifying the reflection probe
- Could be solved by using a tooltip instead?
- Reproduced in Version 5.4.0a4 (426f677d5fa7), Version 5.2.3f1 (f3d16a1fa2dd)
