Reflection Probe Rotation feature is not enabled by default when creating a new project
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project
- Open the Project Settings window (Edit > Project Settings)
- Open the Graphics tab in the Project Settings window
- Observe Use Reflection Probe Rotation under the Lighting settings
Actual results: Use Reflection Probe Rotation is disabled
Expected results: Use Reflection Probe Rotation is enabled by default
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a2, 6000.3.0b1
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6
