Reflection Probes are broken when selected in the scene and Android Platform is set as target platform
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Unity Hub and create a new project with LWRP template
3) Switch platform to Android in the Build Settings
4) Wait till Lights and Reflection probes finish to bake
5) Select one of the Reflection Probe Gizmo in the Scene view
Observe: Reflection Probe Gizmos are distorted (check attached image "actual.png")

I have the same problem. Baking reflection probes just gives a mess of noise and real-time looks fine until you build and run on an android, then everything looks black
