Reflection Probe Box Projection Bounds flicker/reset position every frame and breaks at some point when editing at certain angles in the Scene View
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Create a new Reflection Probe (GameObject > Light > Reflection Probe)
- Enable the Box Projection Bounds edit tool in the Inspector window
- Click and drag one of the sides of the box over the Editor toolbar (a bit to the left side)
- Observe the Scene View
Actual results: The Box Projection Bounds start flickering and resetting position every frame, and at some point completely breaks and editing is impossible
Expected results: The Box Projection Bounds move smoothly and do not break
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a2, 6000.3.0b1
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.2.3f1, 6000.3.0a1
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1, Windows 11, Ubuntu 24
Notes:
- Does not reproduce with similar editing tools like the box collider
