[Reflect] DirectoryNotFoundException is thrown when Reflect window is opened
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Install the Reflect 1.1.0 preview 6 package
3. Go to Menu bar/Window/Reflect
Actual: DirectoryNotFoundException is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4, 2020.2
Not reproducible with: Reflect 1.2.1 preview 2
