Reference fields are copied when adding a new element with a SerializeReference property
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-57054.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. Select "Main Camera" in the Hierarchy window
4. Unfold "Inventory" until you see the "Size" field in the Inspector window
5. Add a new element to the Inventory
6. Change the "X" of "Size" in the "Element 2" to 10
Expected results: "X" of "Size" in the "Element 1" stays the same
Actual results: "X" of "Size" in the "Element 1" changes to 10
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b13, 2023.3.0a9
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
