[RectTransform] Undoing move of some rect transforms doesn't return them to original position
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene Menu 3D
3. In hierarchy, select Canvas>MainMenu>Window>Newgame
4. In scene view, move objects using transform handles
5. Undo
6. Notice that some objects do not return to original position
Same issue happens with Quit object
Reproduced with: 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.1f1, 2017.4.9f1, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.3.0a7

this defect is actually very difficult to resolve and will need considerable time and effort to do so. Unlikely to be fixed for the moment.
