[RectTransform] Undo breaks RectTransform anchoring
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project.
2. Open TestScene.
3. Choose Canvas -> Slider -> Fill Area -> Fill in the hierarchy.
4. Change the Fill RectTransform "Left" value from -5 to -2.
5. Click on the game window
6. Press Ctrl + Z
7. Notice how the anchoring changes from custom vertical stretch to bottom left and the whole fill bar disappears.
