RectTransform changes its position if unparenting from scaled parent
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "BugTest"
3. Run scene
4. In console, notice two outputs. First is the RectTransform position before unparenting and the second one is after. Positions differ which isn't expected
Note: If parent isn't scaled (scales values are 1, 1, 1) then position of RectTransform doesn't change
