[RectMask2D] Object appears and disappears while moving when Animator is set to Cull Completely
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Enter Play Mode
Reproducible with: 2017.4.21f1, 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2019.0a5, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.2.0a6,
Actual results: object appears and disappears while moving
Expected results: object should always be partly visible
Fixed in 2019.1.0a5
