Rectangles that are drawn by GUILayout.Window have spacings in between when method is called in Editor window
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "Test.zip" project and main scene
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Observe the Custom Test window
Expected result: Spacings between rectangles are rendered properly
Actual result: Spacings between rectangles are too big
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b7, 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.12f1, 2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.3.0a2
Could not test with: 2019.3.0a3 - 2019.3.0b6(rectangles are not drawn)
