RectangleContainsScreenPoint returns false for some points even when the points are in the rectangle
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "New Unity Project" project
2. Open the "Assets/main" scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Console logs
Expected results: There are no failure points
Actual results: There are multiple failure points
Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.24f1, 2023.2.18f1, 6000.0.0b14
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- Failure points are dependent on the resolution
- The failure points are consistent each run on the same resolution
