[Recorder] WebM video stops playback when recording is going on
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "ImageSeqWithAlphaRecTest.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Go to Window > General > Recorder > Recorder Window
4. Click on "START RECORDING" button
5. Observe that the video playback appears paused in the Game view and once we stop recording playback resumes
Notes:
- This issue reproduces on Windows and OSX
- On Unity 2018.3 Webm does not stop playback but it lagging
Reproduced on Unity 2018.2.0a3, 2018.2.0f2 and 2018.2.2f1
Could not reproduce this issue on Unity 2017.1, 2017.2, 2017.3, 2017.4 and 2018.1 because for some reason Recorder becomes corrupted
