[URP] Unity Recorder's generated PNG files are blank when recording with MultipleRecordingsExample
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "1408044.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Enable the "Recorder" GameObject
5. Exit the Play mode
6. Observe the "Sample Recordings" folder in the project's folder
Expected result: Generated PNG files show the Scene view with the gray sphere
Actual result: Generated PNG files are blank
Reproducible with: 3.0.1 (2019.4.36f1)
Not reproducible with: 3.0.2 (2019.4.36f1), 4.0.0-pre.3 (2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0b10, 2022.2.0a7)
