[Realtime] MaterialGlobalIlluminationFlags.BakedEmissive shows inconsistent behavior between editor and build.
1.Open my attached project
2.Play scene in editor
3.Notice illumination in editor
4.Build & run project
5.Notice that there is no GI in build. [Look at screenshot]
Expected behavior: Both editor scene and build scene looks the same.
Actual behavior: GI is shown in editor, but in build GI is not present.
No repro on 5.2.0f3, 5.2.4f1
