Realtime GI delaying or not loading when loading scenes in player builds
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Press Play
3. Press Spacebar
4. Build and Run the Game
5. Press Spacebar
Expected result: When the scenes switch the lighting is loaded immediately
Actual result: The lighting loads with a delay, or doesn't load at all
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a14, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.5f1, 2021.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2020.1.0a13
