Realtime direct lighting from vertex lights is removed after baking lighting
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Download repro project ([^BiRP-VertexLights-MixedLighting-Bug01.zip])
# Open SampleScene
# Navigate to Window > Rendering > Lighting and click on Generate Lighting
*Expected result:*
* Realtime direct light from vertex lights is kept intact
*Actual result:*
* Realtime direct light from vertex lights is removed once a bake has finished (see attached screenshots)
*Notes:*
* Reproduces in all public Unity versions
* Reproduces in Built-in RP only; other render pipelines are not affected
* Reproduces with all lights that support mixed light mode
* Reproduces with all mixed lighting modes

Resolution Note:
Seeing that this only affects BiRP and we are moving away from vertex light workflows, we are closing this as won't fix.
