[GI] Realtime GI periodic perf spikes, regression since 5.3.0
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Profiler
3. Start the scene "Siegburg"
3. Notice Rendering spikes in CPU Usage tab
Spikes doesn't appear if DynamicSky object is disabled.
Reproducible: 5.4.0a2 (40e6b370febf), 5.3.0f1 (b948b362cb65)
