[Quest] Foveation is not present when the Player is built with Vulkan and the Fixed Foveated Rendering option enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/FFR.unity” Scene
3. Switch to the Android Platform
4. Build and Run on Quest 2
5. Observe the Player
Expected result: Foveation does not exist
Actual result: Foveation is present on the sides
Reproducible with: 2022.3.12f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.16f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1
Fixed in: 2022.3.13f1
Reproducible with devices:
VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
