Quaternion values obstruct other values in the Inspector when shrinking the Inspector horizontally
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “QuaternionIssue.zip“
2. Open Scene “SampleScene“ (Assets/Scenes)
3. Select the “QBUG“ GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Shrink the Inspector horizontally until the public Quaternion obstructs the public Float
Expected result: The Quaternion values don’t obstruct other values
Actual result: The Quaternion values obstructs other values
Reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0a2
Not reproducible: 2022.2.0a3, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a11
Reproduced on: macOS (12.5)

Resolution Note:
We are shifting priority to fixes and features for UI Toolkit and can only address major issues with IMGUI and uGUI. In 2022.2, the Inspector should use UI Toolkit by default. If the problem persists in UI Toolkit, we'll definitely take a look.
