Quality Level Toolbar Menu is not repainted when deleting Quality Levels in the Project Settings Window
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any URP Project
- Open Quality Project Settings (Edit > Project Settings > Quality)
- Have 2 Quality levels in the Quality Levels List, click the first one in the list to set it
- Delete the first selected Quality Level in the Project Settings Window
- Click and Observe the Quality Levels Utility Dropdown Menu in the Toolbar
Actual results:
- Even though the first Quality Level has been deleted, it is still visually shown in the Toolbar as selected, opening the dropdown menu shows only the second Quality level that's still left in the Quality Levels list in the Project Settings, the Toolbar is not repainted until other actions like entering Play Mode is performed in the Editor
- If the user has more than 1 Quality Level after deleting Quality Levels in the Project Settings, clicking the dropdown menu in the Toolbar and then the Project Settings Window will repaint the Toolbar menu, but the dropdown menu will still show the wrong Quality Levels selected before repainting
- Deleting the last Quality Level when it is set as active in the list repaints the Toolbar Menu as expected
Expected results: The Quality Levels Toolbar Dropdown Menu is repainted every time changes are made in the Quality Levels List in the Project Settings Window
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.4f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5
Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.66f1 (No Quality Levels Toolbar Menu feature)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
