[PVR] OpenRL error Too many output rays emitted can still happen in rare cases
OpenRL error Too many rays emitted is still displayed in some rare instances when settings are changed during a bake, such as switching backends between Enlighten and PVR during bake.
It occurs both on Windows and Mac but not consistently.
There is no solid repro for this case at this point
