Public inspector fields can't separate between identically named scripts from different namespaces
Repro:
1. Open the project in 'repro.zip' and goto 'reproScene'.
2. Notice that there are two 'TestScript' named scripts in the project but one of them in namespace 'Other'.
3. Select 'Main Camera' and try dragging 'Other.TestScript' to the 'Field' in 'ManagerScript', field actually turns white when the object is dragged over it but the field is not actually set when you release the button.
3. Dragging the incorrect type when the field already has a correct type already set, sets the field to null.
